Cowork Forgets Everything by Tomorrow. Here's the Fix.

Last week you told Cowork about the project you're running. You explained who's on the team, who reports to whom, which client is sensitive, which deadline matters. You spent ten minutes building shared context. The reply was great.

This week you open Cowork. It has no idea what you're working on.

Every session starts blank. The previous conversation, the context you painstakingly built, the corrections you made: all of it gone. New users assume there's a "memory" toggle somewhere; there isn't. New users then assume the fix is longer, more detailed prompts every time; there is a better one.
