Turn AI tools into working systems

I work with teams that have access to capable AI tools but do not yet have durable ways to use them. The work is practical: choose the right workflows, build the supporting materials, and make the practice easy enough to repeat.

Where I can help

  • Turn a messy set of AI experiments into a small number of reliable team workflows.
  • Build reusable briefs, workspace structures, review habits, and source-of-truth patterns around Claude Cowork and other tools.
  • Help leaders and operators decide where agentic tools belong in the work, and where they do not.

What the work can look like

Some teams need a focused working session to fix one recurring workflow. Others need a short implementation sprint: audit the current process, design the workflow, create the supporting prompts and files, then train the team on the review loop.

The easiest way to start is to book an AI Working Call, which costs $250 for 1 hour.

Beyond that, I offer an IT retainer that includes 2 calls per month and asynchronous email support in between, in addition to more formal audits and implementation sprints.
