One Long Session Isn't Infinite
One long session isn't infinite. As the context fills, Cowork starts losing the middle; the fix is knowing when to start fresh.
You open Cowork in the morning and start working. You give it a constraint: keep the tone formal, never touch the pricing section. It reads three documents. You draft, revise, draft again. By mid-afternoon the same thread has hours of back-and-forth in it, and it's going well, so you keep going.
Then it slips. You ask for one more revision and the tone comes back casual. You point out the pricing section got edited. Cowork asks you to remind it what the rule was: the rule you set this morning, in this same conversation.
It didn't get dumber. The session got too full. Everything you've said, everything Cowork has read, every reply it has written; all of it sits in one finite space, and your morning constraint got crowded out.
This is one of the easiest limits to trip, and one of the easiest to manage once you know the tell.
