Every time you ask for a deck or doc, you re-specify the structure.
You ask Cowork for a quarterly business review deck. You spend four minutes typing the structure: title slide, then context, then the three metrics that matter, then risks, then the ask. The deck comes back good. You ship it.
Three weeks later you need another QBR deck. You open a fresh chat and type the structure again, except you're rushed, so you forget the risks slide, and the metrics come back in a different order than last time. The deck comes back fine. Just not the same.
By the fourth deck you've described the same skeleton four times, slightly differently each time, and your QBRs no longer look like one person made them. That's not Cowork forgetting. You never gave it anything to remember: every request started from a blank page because every request was a blank page.
The fix is to stop describing the structure and start saving it.
